The Position:
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the owners and management team in their growing organization. This role is highly organized detail-oriented and plays a key part in coordinating administrative operations executive support and company-wide initiatives.
$70000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems and administrative software preferred
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare or executive support experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monday Through Friday 8 to 5
- Manage executive calendars meetings travel and expenses
- Coordinate and prepare agendas presentations and reports
- Support planning and execution of events and company functions
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal communications
- Conduct research and support special projects
- Organize office logistics meetings and conference rooms
- Coordinate vendor relationships and office needs
- Support executive leadership with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain professionalism confidentiality and discretion at all times
