We are currently seeking a Master data management project lead to join our team and lead our Master Data Management (MDM) projects. As a Project lead you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of MDM initiatives ensuring successful implementation and driving business value.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage complex MDM projects including planning execution monitoring and controlling phases
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders
• Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts data engineers and technical experts to drive project milestones and deliverables
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management with a focus on MDM projects Proven track record of successfully delivering complex MDM projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts principles and best practices of project management methodologies (e.g. Arena Oracle/Oracle Cloud PowerBI) and tools in a manufacturing environment. (e.g. Jira Microsoft Project SharePoint Microsoft office Excel PowerPoint Word)
• Experience with Life Cycle Management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving results PMP certification.
