Responsibilities:

• Educating customers about Fords exciting and cutting-edge new vehicle technologies
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using SYNC SYNC 3 and SYNC AppLink
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using the FordPass App
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up Navigation Systems
• Responding to customer support requests via e-mail and phone
• Making outbound follow up phone calls to customers
• Various other responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Must be tech savvy the kind of person that picks up new technology quickly and can explain it to others
• While IT computer network and PC Support experience are not requirements for this job those additional skills would be beneficial and given consideration toward level of pay
• Prior experience in customer service must be comfortable interacting with customers
• Experience with a variety of cell phones apps MP3 players and streaming services navigation systems etc. is strongly preferred
• Good driving record is required
• Must hold a valid drivers license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
