Job Summary

The Operations Specialist role supports day-to-day Adhoc protective security operations by bringing together program administration logistics account support and regulatory compliance into a single coordinated function. Acting as a key liaison between clients vendors and field teams this role helps ensure operations run smoothly client needs are clearly understood and security services are delivered efficiently safely and in alignment with industry best practices. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams and the flexibility to support evolving operational needs as directed by Responsibilities Include:Serving as the primary point of contact between clients vendors and other client schedules with ground teams and supporting Executive Protection operations data tracking and information scheduling and tracking Executive Protection agents drivers and related services GSOC managers with presentations security operation plans risk assessments and executive travel and logistics for agents and drivers including flights hotels and rental phone calls and disseminating the information to relevant travel briefs dispatch confirmations situation reports and client-facing all logistical communication related to pickups drop-offs routing vehicle needs and regional threat client requests cost estimates statements of work and ensuring services align with client project timelines risks and issues while providing solutions and maintaining accurate compliance with safety standards operational directives and national and regional operational issues client concerns and service satisfaction in meetings facilitating discussions when needed and communicating updates policies and decisions across operational records reports logs and internal controls to protect client assets and and Preferred Experience and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Either bachelors degree or equivalent military experienceHave an interest or direct experience in the following: Executive Protection Intelligence Operations Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security Crisis Management or Emergency ResponseMust be a competent user of Microsoft Suite Microsoft Teams SharePointand other similar be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentialityMust be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situationsMust be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situationsDemonstrated organizational and time management skillsSuccessful client management experienceA demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skillsAbility to attend training events that fall outside normal work hoursAbility to work night shiftsWork Environment & Physical/Mental Demands:With or without reasonable accommodation this job requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential addition to other demands the demands of the job include:Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks and drug tests if requiredExposure to sensitive and confidential informationRegular computer usageAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyManual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipmentOccasional reaching with hands and arms stooping kneeling crouching and/or crawlingMust be flexible with the ability to work evenings odd hours and weekends with little noticeFrequent sitting and/or standing
