Job Title: In-Room Dining (IRD) Server

Reports To: Director of Outlets

Status: Full-time Hourly

Pay: $17.00 per hour plus tips

Job Summary:
The In-Room Dining Server is critical to the guest experience delivering meals and in-room dining requests with seamless efficient service ensuring every order is handled with precision warmth and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms daily to inspect minibar consumption
• Accurately record and charge consumed food and beverage items using the Simphony POS system (room charges)
• Restock minibar items to established standards and presentation guidelines
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure product quality at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage and carts
• Track inventory usage and report stock levels to management on a weekly basis
• Communicate any discrepancies maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly
• Follow all resort policies safety procedures and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality call center or restaurant operations preferred
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
• Experience with POS systems preferably Simphony is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume luxury environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality housekeeping or food & beverage preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems (Simphony experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift carry and move supplies (up to 2530 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
