• Regularly visits customer worksites to perform equipment audits and wear life analysis
• Provides onsite customer equipment troubleshooting services.
• Makes recommendations to customers on replacement of parts.
• Creates customer quotes for part replacements
• Communicates the values and advantages of products to prospective customers
• Supports customers in maintenance budget planning and project prioritization.
• Provides training on conveying systems to end users and distributors.
• Supports OEMs in part selection process and component interactions.
• Identifies solutions for retrofitting or upgrading customer equipment
• Delivers consistent revenue and share of growth at targeted accounts
• Provides post order processing support (setting up engineered to order SKUs)
• Understands individual end markets and develop market sales plan to drive growth through existing and new account targets
• Serves as the customers key point of contact for technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree; preferably in engineering or industrial sales management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial product sales
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with assigned product category strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able/willing to travel to meet customers up to 50% travel
