Essential Job Functions
- Serve as first-level support for IT-related issues via phone email and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software network and peripheral issues
- Set up configure and maintain desktops laptops printers mobile devices and other equipment
- Manage user accounts permissions and access using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Install update and support business applications and operating systems
- Document issues resolutions and processes in the IT ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to IT Director as needed
- Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and decommissioning user accounts and equipment
- Assist with basic network support including connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Follow IT policies and best practices related to security and data protection
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Prior experience supporting a multi-location or fast-paced business environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least18 years oldand authorized to work in the U.S.
- Validdrivers licenserequired.
- Successful completion of apre-employment drug screenandbackground check.
