Executive Director

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of our senior living community in Central Louisiana.

What Youll Do

• Oversee all aspects of community operations including resident care financial performance sales and team development

• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals

• Lead mentor and develop department leaders and team members

• Foster a positive empowering and performance-driven workplace culture

• Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations

• Manage budgets expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets

• Maintain strong relationships with residents families referral sources and community partners

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement

• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience

• Proven track record of operational and financial management success

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living

• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams

• Excellent communication strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
