What This Role Is All About

Likewize is searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake Texas. As our Senior FP&A Analyst youll be supporting various functions of the finance team by providing your skills in detailed financial analysis process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Youll get your hands on a variety of projects and transactions to help drive our growth and profitability here at Likewize. This role is perfect for you if you consider yourself eager driven and a strategic thinker who loves to bring new ideas to the table.

Your Key Areas of Focus

• Support our FP&A Treasury and Investor Relations by diving into financial results cash flow trends and forecasting models to tell the story behind the numbers.

• Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages that are clean and insightful complete with smart variance analysis and solid balance sheet support.

• Jump in on financing activities craft polished investor presentations and help our leaders shine with support on executivelevel reviews.

• Enhance our recurring financial reports by standardizing simplifying and enhancing them all while tackling adhoc requests with curiosity and innovation.

• Team up with crossfunctional partners to keep deliverables on track solve data issues and uncover rootcause insights.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects that turn data into direction helping our team shape smarter decisions across the business.

What Were Looking For

• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Analytics or any related field that supports your foundation in FP&A.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field youve done it before and youre ready for more!

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to evolve large data sets and create clear actionable insights for management.

• An eagerness to learn grow and contribute. You ask questions raise your hand and arent afraid to make suggestions about how we should do things.

• Being able to navigate ambiguity and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment - You work well independently and have great problem-solving skills.

• Additional professional skills that will help you thrive in your role including verbal & written communication critical thinking attention to detail and professionalism.

Extra Skills Wed Love to See

• Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Planning you know how to bring data to life with smart insights and streamlined forecasting

• Experience having your hands on ERP software including NetSuite

• An understanding of the world of accounting
