PRN Patient Services Specialist at Valley Ortho

PRN Patient Service Specialist needed for our Valley Ortho Clinic!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1. Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
2. Organizes patient flow keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
3. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.

Screens office manager physician and nurse calls handling appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone and people skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills

Experience:

• Two years in a reception or clerical field.
• We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Howeverwe are not able to sponsor visas
• Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
