Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. As an EB Producer you will play a critical role in managing and growing the portfolio of employee benefits accounts ranging from 50 to 1000 lives. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive compensation structure (50/30 split)
- 401(k): 4% company match
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of employee benefits accounts ranging from 50 to 1000 lives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business
- Utilize BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and streamline processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide innovative and forward-thinking solutions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative supportive work environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the role
- Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
- Innovative forward-thinking and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible non-micromanaged environment
- Relevant licenses and designations (preferred)
- Previous experience with accounts ranging from 50 to 1000 lives is a plus
