Job Summary
Hotel Park City member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International located in Park City UT -- is seeking Food Runners for our Bandannas Restaurant.
Food Runners are a pivotal support role for the service and kitchen teams helping to create and contribute to the overall customer experience in the restaurant.
General Duties
- Safely transport prepared food from the kitchen to tables ensuring presentation and temperature are maintained.
- Assist servers by delivering food orders efficiently and accurately to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations ensuring all food handling standards are met.
- Clearing dirty tables / Setting tables with proper set-ups and glassware and restocks server stations.
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by management.
- Stocking products.
- Support servers and other team members throughout the shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
Basic Skills
- Remaining calm in an often hectic and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Demonstrating a high level of organization and attention-to-detail.
- Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Utah Food Handler Permit.
