Job Summary

What Youll Do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone text email and online platforms
  • Provide friendly helpful information and guidance
  • Assistcustomers with scheduling appointments and next steps
  • Follow up to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
  • Keepaccuraterecords of customer interactions
  • Represent Castle Automotive Group with professionalism and care
  • Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed

  • Strongverbal and writtencommunicationskillswith awarmdemeanor
  • A genuine passion for helping peoplewith positive attitude
  • Previouscustomer service experience is helpful but notrequired
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained indealershipprocesses
