Role:Microsoft 365 Solutions Analyst
Client:DOD-Aerospace
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract
Hourly Rate: up to$50/hr (W2 non-benefited)

Position Description:
- Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft 365.
- Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
- Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value.
- Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training.
- Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts best practices and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department the SBU/SSU and the Company.
- Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Skills preferred:
- Experience with Business Process Mapping.
- Six Sigma Certification.
- Experience SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent.
- SharePoint Application Development Certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint is a plus (e.g. HarePoint Bamboo Solutions ShareGate).
Experience Required
- Experience with requirements gathering.
- Experience with M365 offerings (Teams Exchange etc).
Experience Preferred
- Experience with web technologies including (Javascript JSON CSS and HTML).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate Power App).
Required Education
- Related Bachelors or HS Diploma and 4 or more years of related experience.
- Each higher-level degree i.e. Associates Bachelors Degree Masters Degree or Ph.D. may substitute for additional years of experience.
- Related certifications may count towards years of related experience.
- Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Degree must be from a university college or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education US Department of Education.
