THE ROLE
As a Catering Event Lead (Captain) youre the person in charge on the ground. You manage the crew own the setup and breakdown make sure service runs flawlessly and represent the McDevitt brand from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
WHAT YOULL DO
Lead a crew of 26 staff through full-service catering events
Manage event setup service and breakdown from start to finish
Communicate directly with clients venue coordinators and wedding planners on-site
Maintain food safety and presentation standards throughout service
Submit event photos and notes via WhatsApp after every event
Be the point of contact if anything comes up on-site
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Prior catering event or food service leadership experience required
Reliable professional and calm under pressure
Strong communicator with clients staff and venue teams
Own reliable transportation
Available weekends during peak season (MayOctober)
