Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly professionally and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes orders status requests complaints and returns
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls emails and requests
Create and update customer sales orders in ERP systems and maintain data in CRM
Provide product pricing shipping and availability information to customers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions issues and resolutions
Coordinate shipments and work with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery
Build strong customer relationships through professional friendly and empathetic communication
Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
Identify root causes of issues and recommend process improvements
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing documentation
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
4 years of customer service experience
Ability to proactively analyze problems identify root causes and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage workload efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
Ability to display patience and make customers feel valued
Highly organized with the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs
Ability to comprehend complex information and apply it to daily tasks
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
