• Conduct nightly site visits to ensure cleaning quality and adherence to scope of work
• Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned accounts
• Ensure all scheduled cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to standard
• Perform quality control inspections and address any deficiencies in real time
• Handle laundry duties including washing drying and organizing cleaning materials (e.g. mop heads rags)
• Pick up and deliver supplies equipment and materials to various job sites
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during shifts and provide solutions on the spot
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures safety protocols and company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including proper use of chemicals and equipment
• Complete nightly reports and communicate updates to management

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work nights weekends and occasional extended hours
