Job Summary

Corporate Hiring Solution Inc is seeking seven (7) ambitious self-motivated professional to join our team as a Remote Collections Representative. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to build a long-term career in corporate finance.

Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

What You Bring to the Role

13 years of collections experience required; 5 years of call center experience preferred.
Strong understanding of FDCPA guidelines and debt recovery laws.
Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining an accurate flow of information over the phone.
A positive solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism under pressure.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Remote Connectivity Requirements: To maintain our standard of service your home workspace must meet the following technical specifications:

Connection Type: Hard-wired Broadband (No Wi-Fi Hotspots DSL or Dial-up).
Speed Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
