As a Field Specialist you will play a critical role in delivering safe reliable high qualitywirelinetractor and mechanical intervention services for BakerHughes(Altus Legacy).Building onmore than 30 years of industry excellence in wireline tractor operations and mechanical application services this position ensures flawless execution technical integrity andoptimalutilizationof equipment and resources. You will serve as a technical leader in the fieldsupport operational planning and contribute to continuous improvement across all Baker Hughes (Altus) operations.

As a Field Specialist you willbe responsible forthe following:

Technical Expertise & Field Operations

• Demonstrating advanced competency in electronics with the ability to independently troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical issues on all Baker (Altus) tractor and mechanical tools.

• Operatingmaintaining andoptimizingrotation and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe service delivery.

• Executing all field operations in strict accordance with Baker Procedures industry standards and client expectations.

• Preparing verifying and controlling all equipment required for tractor operations ensuring readiness and compliance with operational checklists.

• Leading the completion of the final Baker (Altus) job package/Job Planner including reporting documentation and quality verification.

Operational Planning & Coordination

• Coordinating Baker Hughes (Altus) activities at the district level in collaboration with the Operations and Sales team.

• Collecting andvalidatingall customer-provided information necessary for job preparation and execution.

• Completing job documentation andensureequipment ismaintainedto the highest standard.

Leadership Training & Personnel Development

• Providing mentorship training andhandsonguidance for developing other Field Specialists and junior personnel.

• Offering recommendations to the Operations Managerregardingperformance evaluations hiring decisions or promotions.

• Participating incompanydirectedprofessional development technical courses and project work to advance both personaland improveorganizational capability.

HSE Quality & Compliance

• Upholding anddemonstratingBaker Hughes commitment to Health Safety and Environment (HSE) excellence across all operations.

• Maintaining strict compliance with all internal HSE standards regulatory guidelines and procedural requirements.

• Immediately report all nonconformities equipment issues and undesired incidents to the Operations Manager.

• Ensuring all tools vehicles and equipment are cleanedmaintained and presented to professional standards.

Onshore Support

• Contributing to onshore activities including equipment upgrades maintenance programs and quality control initiatives.

• Participating in technical/safety meetings project reviews and operational planning sessions to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Engineering degree / Technical Diploma.

• Have 3 years ofdirectly relatedwireline tractor and/or mechanical intervention experience (Preferable).

• Have validCDLClassADrivers License with a clean driving record. Towing trailer experiencehighlypreferred.

• Have flexible ability to traveland work in other districtsacross the U.S.when jobs dispatchwhenhelp is needed during your work hitch.

• Have proficiencyin basic computer applications (Microsoft WordExcelOutlook and internal reporting tools).

• Have strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Have demonstrated ability to perform under pressure manage multiple priorities andmaintainhigh organizational standards.

• Have strong interpersonal skills teamwork orientation and the ability to lead by example.

• Have demonstrated accountability ownership of work quality and commitment to operational excellence.

• Have flexible ability to travel and work in other districts when jobs dispatch and help is needed during your work hitch.
