Engineer II, Chemical Engineering

Entegris is currently seekingaEngineerII ChemicalEngineerto join ourNew Product Engineeringteam. This position will be basedinourBurnetTXfacility.

In this role you willpartner with R&D and theBusiness Unit todevelopnewmaterialmanufacturingprocessesandequipmentto meet the needs ofthe high puritysemiconductorindustry.You will be a key player on the dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team to oversee multiple projects driving profitable growth in the companys Advanced Deposition Materials group.

WhatYoullDo

• Develop LVM and HVMpurificationprocesses based onkey stakeholder design criteria.

• Scale-up of R&D equipment and processes to high-volume manufacturingaligningwith quality throughput and cost targets

• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency improve chemical yields and reduce cycle time for new processes

• Perform process Validation and Qualification (V&Q)throughthe development execution and documentation of validation stepstomeetinternal and external customer requirements

• Proactivelytake a hands-on approach in achieving project scope and timelines including actively supporting team members in the completion of key deliverables

• Analyze root causes of process variabilitydeviationsand lead corrective action efforts

• Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends

• Develop and update manufacturing documentation such as:Design and Process FMEAs (D/PFMEAs) Control Plans IPO Diagrams Work Instructions and On-the-Job Training (OJT) materials

WhatWeSeek

• Bachelors degree in chemical engineeringor similar technical field or related experience is required. AMastersdegree is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience (2 years) of increasing responsibilities within a global multicultural multi-location organization serving a high technology industry.

• Proficientwithdistillation processes and critical control parameters.

• Experiencewithstatistics and statistical software

• Familiar with SAP Enterprise software.

• Accessible by laptop computer and cell phone for occasional use during off hours.

• Ability to travel up to 10%
