Position Overview
Inabia islooking for a SLP to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. If youre passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team wed love to meet you.Youll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing needs supporting safe effective rehabilitation and patient quality of life.Youll collaborate with nursing dietary physicians and therapy partners to ensure coordinated high-quality care
Key Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations establish treatment plans and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals.
- Provide daily treatments monitor progress and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate with nursing therapy and care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions.
- Contribute to a team-based approach that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality care.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior SNF experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.
