Role: Lab IT Support / Instrumentation Support Engineer
Location: Bartlesville Oklahoma USA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Lab IT Support Engineer to provide break-fix support system maintenance and instrumentation support across refining lab environments. The role involves managing lab systems troubleshooting software and hardware issues and ensuring seamless integration between lab instruments and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide break-fix and operational support for lab computers and instrument connectivity

Troubleshoot various lab software tools such as Chemstation IRIS MultiTek Chromeleon OpenLab CDS

Coordinate with vendors for licensing support and issue resolution

Install configure and maintain lab software and instrument connections

Manage upgrades and replacements of lab systems across sites

Perform OS compatibility checks and resolve system conflicts

Maintain Active Directory system inventory and documentation

Manage network configurations VLANs and data acquisition networks (DAN)

Support SQL databases file transfers and LIMS integrations

Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and data movement

Ensure data backup monitoring (SCOM) and business continuity

Support Windows environments including Windows 10/11 upgrades

Collaborate with Global IT Network and Security teams
