Job Description:
- This role will ensures smooth and efficient day to day laboratory operations by providing logistical technical and administrative support to scientific teams. This role focuses on maintaining lab readiness managing supplies supporting experiments and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day operational support to laboratory staff and scientists to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
- Prepare reagents buffers and media in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies including ordering stocking tracking and reconciliation.
- Receive label log store and track samples while maintaining chain of custody.
- Maintain laboratory equipment including cleaning basic troubleshooting and calibration coordination.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness organization and compliance with safety and EHS protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support GMP compliance where applicable.
- Assist in audits and inspections by preparing documentation records and operational evidence.
- Coordinate chemical and biohazard waste disposal following regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Work cross functionally with QA facilities and safety teams to maintain lab readiness.
- Install move and reinstall laboratory equipment as per SOPs.
- Support onboarding and training of new lab personnel on lab procedures and safety practices.
