Technical Specialist

Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr on W2
Essential Functions
Support product and operational workflows using Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Excel
Build maintain and troubleshoot forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms and SurveyMonkey
Onboard data consume inputs and support data-driven applications and workflows
Translate business requirements into technical or tooling requirements
Assist with data validation reporting and basic analytics support
Perform troubleshooting activities including issue triage and log review
Follow defined processes and procedures to execute standard operational tasks
Identify tooling or process issues and escalate recommendations appropriately
Required Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in IT Data Analytics or a related technical field
Familiarity with Smartsheet or Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with survey and form tools such as Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey
Ability to onboard data and work with data-driven applications
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and operate as a self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TrueContext and/or ProntoForms
Exposure to AI concepts prompt writing or AI-enabled tools
Experience supporting operational or product tooling environments
