Job Summary

Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant (Person Model Specialist)

Location: Santa Clara CA Onsite (Local ONLY)

Duration: 12 months

Interview: Might be onsite

Visa: NO OPT (USC/GC/H1B okay but NO OPT)

Need ONLY Local - Will need DL as address proof.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM Person Model Person of Interest (POI) Hire/Rehire processes Fluid UI
PeopleTools Application Designer Application Engine PeopleCode Component Interface
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes
Experience reviewing modifying and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll benefits HR data updates)
Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility
Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic
Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management payroll benefits onboarding tools)
Ability to assess current configuration and recommend implementation approach
Experience writing technical design documentation
Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model
