Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and process sales documentation quotes and contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales databases and track performance metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of sales events and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
