As a Security Officer Access Screening Driver in Lockbourne OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor entry activity verify credentials and support orderly site access. This driving post includes operating a company vehicle in accordance with policy. You will remain visible help to deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication teamwork reliability and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors drivers and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials manage visitor and delivery access and document arrivals departures and other security-related activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business shipping and receiving areas trailer yards and perimeter noting hazards unauthorized access attempts and/or other security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry support orderly traffic flow for trucks and passenger vehicles and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding access procedures and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
