Your missions

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to support our customers growth by identifying attracting and hiring top technology talent.

The IT Recruiter will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process aligned with business needs.

The roles responsabilities will include:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing screening interviewing offer management)

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals networking)

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

2. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

• Provide guidance on market trends candidate availability and salary benchmarks

• Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and business objectives

3. Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth professional and engaging candidate journey

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process

• Promote the companys employer brand

4. Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

• Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire quality of hire etc.)

• Continuously improve tools methods and workflows

5. Employer Branding

• Contribute to the companys visibility and attractiveness in the IT talent market

• Participate in events job fairs and networking initiatives

• Support content creation (job postings social media etc.)

Your ideal profile

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (developers infrastructure cybersecurity etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously

• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
