We are recruiting on behalf of a growing transformation consulting firm that supports organizations in achieving sustainable business performance through Operational Excellence process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for experienced Senior Consultants who combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on implementation experience and a proven ability to deliver measurable business results.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients identifying improvement opportunities leading transformation initiatives and coaching teams through change.

• Lead Operational Excellence and business transformation projects for clients across various industries.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for simplification optimization and performance improvement.
• Develop practical and actionable improvement plans aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and problem-solving sessions.
• Design and deliver impactful client presentations and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of solutions and ensure successful adoption by client teams.
• Coach managers and employees to sustain improvements and embed continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor project performance and track measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior consultants.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Masters Degree in Business Economics Engineering Finance Accounting Marketing Operations Management or a related field.

The successful candidate must be fluent in:

• French (professional level)
• English (professional level)
• German (professional level)

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence Business Transformation Process Improvement Continuous Improvement Lean Management or related consulting environments.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initial diagnosis through implementation and results measurement.
• Experience facilitating change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to work directly with clients and drive sustainable business improvements.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.

• Currently based in Luxembourg or within daily commuting distance from Luxembourg.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit.
• Fluent in French English and German.
• Practical implementation experience is essential.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily theoretical academic advisory-only or limited to strategy without hands-on implementation will not be considered.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable operational improvements and business results.
