• Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
• Confident handling of customer communication via chat email and phone
• Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Well-organized reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)

• Youll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers handling their inquiries via live chat email and phone
• With a solution-oriented mindset Youll support customers on technical and product-related questions
• Every interaction matters Youll ensure all details are accurately documented and customer data in the CRM stays current
• Working hand in hand with sales product and technical teams Youll help create a smooth and positive customer experience
• By staying on top of the latest product updates Youll make sure customers always receive the best possible support
