As aSenior Consultant AMS SAP Payroll (m/f/d) you will become part of our dynamic AMS team committed to tackling HR challenges with fresh ideas and technical innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- You play a key role in continuously enhancing existing HR technologies in the SAP environment and keeping them up to date through regular maintenance activities (such as support packages and yearend tasks).
- You design develop and implement innovative userfriendly HR applications tailored to the specific needs of our Germancustomers.
- Close collaboration with internal departments enables you to fully understand business requirements and translate them into customized and automated technical solutions.
- You proactively identify optimization potential for processesand convert these insights into targeted improvements within our HR technology landscape.
- You ensure seamless integration of our HR technologies with other company applications and processes.
- As a central interface in our AMS team you work solutionoriented within a ticket system supporting our German customers directly in Germanfrom analysis and consulting to testing and coordinating all steps to successful completion.
