Tasks

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Project & Organization team. You will play a central role in managing high-impact projects from the implementation of our platform within financial institutions to strategic cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with both clients and internal teams you will help deliver a seamless high-quality experience while contributing directly to Tauruss continued growth.

This role sits at the intersection of business technology and digital assets ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Client project management: Lead business-side delivery of client projects advising financial institutions on operating model design and coordinating timely execution in close collaboration with the IT implementation team.
• Cross-functional coordination: Drive transversal projects and initiatives across key functions of the company ensuring alignment and delivery across teams.
• Blockchain forensics: Contribute to the production of high-quality source of funds analysis reports leveraging blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance and investigative processes.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Masters degree in Finance Business Economics Technology or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of blockchain cryptocurrencies and the broader digital asset ecosystem (custody trading tokenization staking derivatives etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize effectively and deliver with a high level of attention to detail.
• Precise organized autonomous open-minded hands-on and results-oriented a true self-starter and fast learner.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
