About the Role:
Justera is currently seeking a highly organized and technically-minded IAM Project Manager on behalf of our client a major player in the Retail & E-commerce sector.

This is a critical mid-level assignment focused on the end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will be the driving force behind a technical cross-functional team ensuring that security policies and processes align perfectly with business value. If you thrive in a non-hierarchical fast-paced environment and possess a doer mentality this is the project for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full project lifecycle from ideation and MVP definition to optimization and delivery.

• Strategic Planning: Establish the project mission and OKRs translating them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog.

• Team Leadership: Lead a technical cross-functional team of engineers fostering a culture of collaboration transparency and trust.

• IAM Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve IAM policies processes and documentation.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

• Continuous Improvement: Coach the organization on IAM best practices and address system issues as they arise.

• Backlog Management: Utilize Jira to manage priorities and strategically de-scope tasks to ensure rapid feedback cycles.
  

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience in Project Management within tech development.

• Solid understanding of Directory Services (Active Directory Azure AD B2B/B2C Microsoft Entra).

• Proven track record in roadmap development OKR creation and MVP definition.

• Experience leading technical teams with complex dependencies and custom-built solutions.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Analytical structured and pragmatic with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint Saviynt One Identity or CyberArk.

  • Specific knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.

  • Proficiency in Jira.

  • Previous experience within Retail or E-commerce sectors.

Logistics:

• Assignment Type: Consultant Contract.

• Location: Stockholm Sweden.

• Work Model: Hybrid (Requirement of 4 days per week on-site).

• Allocation: 100%.

• Duration: 6 months - Starting May 2026 (w/possible extension after October 2026).
