About the role

As our new Marketing Manager B2B you will step into a pivotal role with a clear mandate: to own evolve and actively execute our total market presence on the merchant side. Your mission is twofold: to build a sophisticated engine that generates a consistent flow of high-quality leads and to personally drive the digital tactics that develop our existing customer base.

You are the architect of our growth but you are also the builder. This means moving seamlessly between high-level strategic planning agency leadership and hands-on campaign management. You arent just a buyer of services; you are a digital expert who knows exactly how to navigate ad managers optimize conversion paths and lower CAC through direct action.

Success in this role means that within your first year you have:

  • Established and personally launched a predictable and scalable Demand Generation strategy.

  • Developed a lifecycle marketing framework that drives adoption of add-on services.

  • Secured a significant increase in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through continuous hands-on optimization.

  • Implemented full transparency regarding ROI and attribution across the entire B2B journey.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic & Tactical Ownership: Develop and execute the annual B2B marketing plan. You take responsibility for both the big picture and the daily digital execution.

  • Hands-on Management: You dont just delegate; you execute. You have the skills to jump into the tools to test new messaging set up tracking and refine targeting.

  • Demand Generation & Lifecycle Management: Design and launch campaigns that educate the market alongside automated workflows that nurture merchants from onboarding to long-term loyalty.

  • Agency Leadership & Technical Auditing: Lead our external media agency with authority. Because you have deep hands-on knowledge you can perform technical deep dives into Meta and Google Ads to ensure every SEK is utilized for maximum impact.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Be the champion for a 100% data-driven culture. You will track the full customer journey identifying opportunities for both acquisition and churn prevention.

Your profile

To succeed you need to be a commercial strategist with a relentless get-it-done attitude and a deep technical pulse on the digital marketing landscape.

  • The Player-Coach: You see the big picture but love the craft of marketing. You are just as comfortable in a board-room presentation as you are inside Meta Ads Manager.

  • The Analyst: You love data but you also know that data without action is useless. You possess the hands-on technical depth required to audit and adjust performance directly.

  • The Lifecycle Expert: You understand that the journey doesnt end at the sign-up. You know how to use Martech and CRM tools to keep customers engaged and growing.

  • The Owner: You are a proactive self-starter who takes pride in owning your numbers and your tools.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

  • Professional Background: Proven track record in B2B Marketing Demand Generation or Performance Marketing.

  • Technical Execution: Deep hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Google Ads and the broader Martech stack (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce). You must be able to demonstrate your ability to build and optimize campaigns from scratch.
