Summer Worker Supply Coordinator

Are you interested in supply chain logistics and coordination- and want handson experience in a dynamic environment Supply Chain Bitumen Nordic is looking for a Supply Coordinator for a summer position supporting our team with planning logistics and administrative tasks.

About the role

Location: Stockholm
Period: JuneAugust (full-time)

You will join a collaborative and tightknit Supply Team for Bitumen where teamwork is central to everything we do. The team is small- with only two people so your contribution will truly make a difference.

In this role you will act as a coordinator between Manufacturing Supply Chain Bitumen Sales and the Bitumen Nordic depot network. You will also support the business with essential administrative tasks such as JDE handling and stock reconciliation.

Youll have regular communication with internal stakeholders including the Planning departments in Nynäshamn and Gothenburg our depots sales shipping and quality team. Most questions are handled via email or chat.

The work pace varies daily as tasks are driven by operational needs- making the role both dynamic and engaging.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer truck liftings with external hauliers in Sweden.
• Manage purchases and liftings from external refineries/suppliers as well as internal shipments between depots.
• Handle supply transactions in JDE.
• Support item setup in JDE.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a monthly forecast.
• Work with the Head of SCBN to ensure correct stock reconciliation in JDE for Swedish Bitumen depots.
  

About You

You are service-minded and enjoy collaborating across different functions. Youre structured analytical and able to prioritize effectively. You also have a genuine interest in administrative tasks which make up an important part of this role.

To succeed in this position you should be comfortable working in various IT systems and communicating with many stakeholders.

Requirements

• Has at least a secondary education from a technical program
• Strong interest of Supply Chain and Economics
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
• Experience working with various IT systems.
• Good skills in Excel
• Availability to start at the beginning of June and work throughout the full summer period.
