Job Summary

Our client is a market-leading Vietnamese fashion powerhouse boasting a robust retail network of over 100 physical stores nationwide. As a vertically integrated brand they have successfully expanded beyond the domestic market establishing a significant export presence in international markets. They are currently in a phase of digital and structural transformation to support their global footprint.

Key Duties

Lead and build end-to-end QC system in China (sample production shipment)
Work closely with Sourcing / Design / Factory partners to control and improve product quality.
Handle mass production quality issues and drive root-cause analysis.
Conduct factory audits supplier evaluation & improvement
Act as key bridge between China factories & Vietnam HQ

Requirements

Fluent in Vietnamese & Chinese (no English required)
Strong experience in QC for fashion / bags / footwear / garments
Solid exposure working with factories in China
Strong problem-solving mindset & understanding of Chinese working culture
Can work 70% of the time in China and 30% in Hanoi
