Job Summary
- Develop propose and implement customer financial policies (installment plans interest support programs financial incentives etc.) to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with financial partners (banks financial institutions) to design and optimize financial product packages tailored to different customer segments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs through KPIs; propose improvements to enhance business performance.
- Conduct market research analyze trends and benchmark competitors financial policies to propose competitive solutions.
- Ensure proper implementation of financial policies across the sales system in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Banking Economics Law or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance banking fintech or commercial policy development.
- Strong understanding of personal financial products (installment plans consumer lending credit products etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial performance and data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Logical thinking proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
