About this Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Senior Associate Corporate and Commercial Law
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advisory services on corporate commercial and labour law matters.
Draft review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Represent clients in negotiations regulatory engagements and dispute resolution.
Support the firms business development initiatives through professional client engagement.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications / Experience:
Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in a corporate law environment.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Commercial Law and Labour Law.
Demonstrated ability to advise on complex transactions and regulatory matters.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong drafting analytical and client advisory skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
