Job Title: Project Trainee

Location: Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in man power handling and contribute to real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Project Trainee will assist in various tasks and gain valuable skills to kickstart their career.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of assigned projects.

Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.

Prepare reports presentations and documentation as required.

Learn and use relevant tools technologies and methodologies.

• Identify and propose improvements to processes and workflows. 7. Adhere to project timelines and organizational standards.
  
  

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background:

A degree in HR/Project Management or a related field

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office tools or relevant software

Basic knowledge of project management principles

Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or project function.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Proficiency in oral and written English.
