Leadership

Technical Competency and Data Analytics
In depth knowledge of processes are required. Relevant experiences include PIE PEE DS. Understanding of Data Science Product Integration will be additional advantage.
Familiar with analytical tools such as YMS Y3 and JMP and ability to translate data into idea.
Proven ability to make decisions multi-task and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
Ability to customize report from new data source will be advantageous.

Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful communication and cooperation for project implementation.
Team player mindset with work as one team.
Strong growth mindset and willing to continue to learn unlearn relearn.

Communication
Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of leaders with different background perspective and business needs.
Effective communication skills in verbal/written.
Self-motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to travel when required to support department and company objectives.

Requirements :
> 3 years experience in any of the following:
Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering (any area)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications. (SharePoint MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
Good organization skills. Ability to plan and prioritize.
Data extraction analysis and reporting skills are a plus.
General understanding of device physics - extensive knowledge is a plus.
Displayed good time management and judgment skills.
