The Role: This Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales annual revenue target gaining market share position collecting competitive information product promotion. This is also carried out in alignment with the strategic goals at the assigned key accounts through executing the BU strategies as well as sales strategies In this role you will: - Understands BU and field operations goals develops strategies to achieve set sales objectives with direct support from sales manager/director. - Works closely with global and regional support teams such as technical team product line logistics quality finance etc. to ensure seamless sales service to assigned accounts. - Create customers opportunities assign tasks and information on CRM regular maintenance or updates. - Understand customers business technology and behavior. Feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement maintaining technical edge and collect market competitive information. - Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contract and price negotiations process at assigned key accounts. - Establish customer relationships with the assigned key accounts by maintaining customer organization chart visiting of Entegris ELT level to promote partnerships and ensures Entegris is supporting customers long-term business strategy. - Effectively utilize the support of technical and field applications engineers for sales activities. - Collaborate with Entegris worldwide service organization to offer the best solutions beyond components and to become a preferred partner to the customer. - Coach each account manager becomes individual contributor and development personal carrier plan Traits we believe make a strong candidate: - Sales experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred. - Ability to multi-task managing multiple application in assigned territory - Ability to thrive in rapid changing environment with problem solving skills - Provide value feedback by using open and honest communication - Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships with the end-user and/or management level at assigned key customers. - Ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers and employees (e.g. business units or operations). - Ability to work independently and on teams while demonstrating to achieve common goals and objectives.
