Role Overview

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a Senior Analyst to join ourAffiliate Marketing this role you will work within the Growth Analytics team to enable marketing campaigns across will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to build performance reporting and data feeds while analyzing user behavior to support campaign operations and wow our customers! Additionally you will collaborate with engineers to develop marketing products and tracking features with the opportunity to contribute to building data models and improving our data pipelines.

What You Will Do

• Process audience-building requests byleveragingworking knowledge of SQL and Python. Write SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns and marketing data feeds.

• Work closely with stakeholders todeep-diveinto data issues andprovide clear and actionable plans by analyzing data and insights.

• Maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy. Provide clear documentation of work and code.

• Work ondefining the Marketing MetricbuildingandmaintainingMarketing track marketing campaign results.

• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Tech team to guide product development by sharing actionable insights from our existing reports.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in data analytics withproficiencyin SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability tovalidatedata
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English to share analysis results clearly and concisely
• Identifykey drivers of performance andprovideactionable insights to stakeholders through the application of data analyticsscriptingand programming skills (Python SQL) as well as any relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in BusinessAnalytics Data Science or a related field

• Experience in Retail/E-commerce industriesAffiliate MarketingPerformanceMarketing or CRM functions

• Experience in data ETL (Extract Transform Load) and data engineering principles

• Proficiencywith Python or other scripting languages for advanced data manipulation

• Experience working in a global or multinational team environment

• Experience collaborating with theengineeringteam to develop products.

• Experienced in building machine learning models to enable precision marketing and improve audience targeting accuracy.
