Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics sales and procurement processes for new and used trucks including invoicing floorplan and gate passes
- Coordinate vehicle movements roadworthy compliance and cross-border export documentation
- Maintain accurate records and process orders in SAP supporting approvals and customer/vendor requests
- Assist with insurance claims and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Utilize Excel for reporting tracking and operational analysis
Key Requirements
- Experience in logistics sales or procurement operations within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Proficient in SAP and operational systems for invoicing orders and gatepasses
- Knowledge of vehicle compliance including roadworthy certificates weight changes and registration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced Excel skills for reporting analysis and data management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and follow-up capability to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in logistics supply chain or automotive operations
- Prior experience with vehicle export processes compliance or insurance claims advantageous
