Job Summary
Are you a Cost or Management Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing and a passion for cost control and operational finance An opportunity based in Richards Bay is available for a finance professional who thrives in a structured deadline-driven environment.
This role is suited to a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations and understanding the drivers behind cost and performance. You will be involved in costing inventory management and financial reporting within a production-focused environment.
The position offers strong exposure to operational finance cost analysis and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costing processes including standard costing and variance analysis
- Monitor inventory WIP and cost movements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial reports and assist with the month-end close
- Analyse production and operational performance
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- BCom Accounting or Finance
- CIMA advantageous
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance
- Exposure to manufacturing or plant environments advantageous
