What you will do in this role
Take ownership of high-profile and escalated customer cases managing them from start to resolution
Manage work orders in line with defined business SLAs
Proactively identify and offer solutions to customer issues or concerns
Consistently apply agreed behavioural quality and compliance standards
Share knowledge and best practices with team members
Communicate relevant campaign or process updates to colleagues customers and managers
Develop and maintain strong product and campaign knowledge within the retail environment
Ensure first contact resolution wherever possible
Protect customer data and information security escalating issues using the correct internal processes
Deliver excellent customer experiences at all times
Verify and update customer information accurately
Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Your qualifications and experience
This German-speaking Customer Service Advisor Retail role is a great fit if you:
Have a minimum of 6 months international call centre experience (essential)
Have completed Grade 12
Are able to work shifts aligned to European business hours
Are fluent in German (spoken and written)
Are self-motivated reliable and highly responsible
Have strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills
