Strategic Change Associate
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Strategic Change Associate.
In this role you will:
- Effectively initiate and develop a well-defined business case and project plan in partnership with project sponsors
- Secure buy-in and influence senior management stakeholders and business partners to drive timely decisions commitments and delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Business Technology Legal Compliance Risk and Operations on execution timelines and escalations managing changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on meeting agreed KPIs
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing opportunities for simplification and process improvement
- Champion business process engineering initiatives to streamline workflows eliminate inefficiencies and enhance overall productivity
- Proactively determine analyse and identify performance metrics and measurements and implement improvement plans to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget
- Drive adoption and embedment of change ensuring benefits are measured evidenced and sustained post-implementation
To be successful you will need:
- Proven ability to effectively deliver large-scale and complex projects end-to-end
- Experience in operational excellence business process engineering and simplification initiatives is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
- Proven experience in implementation change management and benefits realisation
- Industry accreditation in Project Management preferred e.g. Agile Scrum Master PMP
- Knowledge of best practices and industry tools to drive innovation automation and data analytics is a plus
