Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Position Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain

Location: Singapore

Your role

Responsible for managing the Subregional Head Buyer organization and ensuring the effective execution of procurement processes across multiple regions.

What youll do

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement project specialists

• Align team objectives with broader supply chain and business goals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement procurement strategies for equipment and services.

• Oversee coordination of equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams (Design Engineering Construction).

• Ensure effective management of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as escalation point for supplier issues.

• Drive supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing process optimization and supplier performance management.

• Guide the team in organizing maintaining and executing supplier contracts and change orders.

• Track and report supply chain cost savings comparing actual results against targets.

• Monitor supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead performance improvement initiatives to support the Strategic Supplier Management program

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the P2P process.

• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of supply chain cost savings against targets.

What youll need

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role

• Supply Chain & Procurement and data center industry certifications / memberships are desirable.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Experience in vendor management and supplier consolidation is a plus.

• Skilled knowledge in procurement of technical products and services

• Skilled in interpreting working with and negotiation contracts.

• Skilled knowledge in financial analysis and problem-solving
