Job Summary

Eligibility: Singaporean / PR only

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations across both front- and back-of-house functions
Ensure exceptional guest experience while driving beverage quality service excellence and outlet performance
Partner with mixologists to develop and refresh innovative trend-driven cocktail menus
Support branding initiatives to elevate the outlet towards Asias Top 50 Bars recognition
Collaborate with regional bar partners to strengthen market visibility and presence
Lead training coaching and development of the bar team
Execute marketing and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
Manage budgets staffing productivity cost control and overall operational efficiency
Maintain high standards of hygiene safety compliance and service excellence

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Bar Manager
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Mixologist
Exposure to Asias or Worlds Top 50 bar environments
Strong financial acumen and understanding of marketing initiatives
Passion for hospitality bar excellence innovation and team leadership
