Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations across both front- and back-of-house functions
- Ensure exceptional guest experience while driving beverage quality service excellence and outlet performance
- Partner with mixologists to develop and refresh innovative trend-driven cocktail menus
- Support branding initiatives to elevate the outlet towards Asias Top 50 Bars recognition
- Collaborate with regional bar partners to strengthen market visibility and presence
- Lead training coaching and development of the bar team
- Execute marketing and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage budgets staffing productivity cost control and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene safety compliance and service excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Bar Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Mixologist
- Exposure to Asias or Worlds Top 50 bar environments
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of marketing initiatives
- Passion for hospitality bar excellence innovation and team leadership
