Their two flagship brands have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past five years driven mainly by a very strong innovation pipeline. Given this success in existing markets they have embarked on a bold plan for growing the APAC business in which this region plays a critical role.
Position Overview
We are seeking on behalf of our client a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager in Singapore to lead recruitment efforts across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent markets excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
Here are some of the exciting things youll get to do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals for the APAC region.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent utilizing various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Enhance candidates experience through efficient processes and timely communication ensuring a positive impression of the company.
- Stay informed about market trends talent availability and competitor activities to advise on talent acquisition strategies.
- Support in the implementation of global functional and regional HR initiatives across APAC regions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong background in supporting commercial roles such as Sales & Marketing across the APAC region.
- Experience within the consumer electronics and/or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations across APAC countries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven recruitment.
