HR Assistant Malaysia
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Integrate and adapt companys policy and ensure consistency/compliance to local legislation;
Ensure prompt statutory submission and claim for reimbursement and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore
Assist HR Executive with interview arrangements;
Maintain accurate employee data in HR System and handle HR monthly reporting
Handle off onboarding and off boarding process;
Manage employment passes application and renewal processes;
Handle all administration matters for employees medical and insurance renewal;
Attend to employees queries maintain and update on HR-related matters;
Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters;
Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities.
Onboarding of new KL staff
Staff welfare considerations
Weekly sharing session prep (ordering lunch meeting room booking etc)
Office supplies for team
Office pantry
Coffee for external guests etc
Liaising with local vendors (quotes supplies IT equipment etc.)
Office admin
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
You have bachelor degree or/and diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
You have strong PC skills (Excel PowerPoint Project Visio)
You have between 3-5 years of experience with payroll processing and accounting
You have knowledge of MOM legislation and salary computation
You have good interpersonal and communication skills
